Infor offers web support as an enhanced self-serve support option, in addition to telephone support.

  • Infor365 Online Support is Infor's online repository for product documentation considered essential to the support and education of our customers, partners, affiliates and professionals.
  • The Infor FTP Site is designated as the website which holds software patches for customers to download on an as needed basis.
INFOR CUSTOMERS: You must have currently valid Infor365 Online Support to qualify for website access privileges. To purchase Infor365 Online Support, please contact your Infor Global Consulting Manager. In addition, you must have a connection to the Internet and a web browser. FTP software may also be required to download files from the Infor FTP site.

ALL USERS: Infor365 Online Support currently supports the 5.x and 6.x versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Some features may not work correctly under other browsers.


Requesting Authorization to Access Infor365 Online Support

With the implementation of a new CRM system, Infor has also implemented improved security measures to safeguard the integrity of our Customers' data. Therefore, Infor365 Online Support will now be accessed through the use of an authorized email address. All Infor365 Online Support users must have their email address authorized through Infor's regional Customer Service Center before they can generate an initial temporary password. To have your email address authorized, please contact your Regional Customer Service Center .

Generating a Temporary Password for an Authorized Email Address/Login ID

Once you have been authorized to access the website, please do the following:

  • Go to the login page of Infor365 Online Support (www.infor365.com)
  • Enter the authorized email address/login ID. Leave the password field blank.
  • Click the 'Verify My Account Information' button.
  • You will receive a message stating that your account exists, but you have no password setup in the system. Now, click the link to generate a temporary password for your account.
  • A temporary password will be emailed to the address that matches your login ID.

Accessing Infor365 Online Support Using Your Temporary Password

Once you have received your temporary password:

  • Go to the login page of Infor365 Online Support (www.infor365.com)
  • Enter the authorized email address/login ID and the temporary password that was emailed to you.
  • Click the 'Verify My Account Information' button.
  • You may now change your password from the Update Your Contact Info page.
